The margin should be arranged as far as possible in the rough machining stage to reduce the loss of the tool and the electrode and electrode wire of the electric machining.

3, to use pretreatment process measures. For-some parts such as concave dies and convex die fixing plates with more materials removed in the middle, a unilateral allowance of about 0.5mm should be adopted before finishing. The roughly shaped cavity should be machined first, then quenched and aged, and then finished to eliminate the stress and deformation in the machining. For some thin-walled parts, such as the discharge sleeve, a reinforced process table should be pre-processed to prevent the deformation of the machining clamp.

For high-precision products such as progressive dies, dimensional accuracy conversion is required.

5, also need to use professional terminology. In the process documents, the well-known professional terms and processing expression methods should be fully used to clearly convey the processing intention. Fuzzy language such as color and "processing to drawings" and "shape and dimension tolerances to requirements" should be avoided.
